This really isn’t an ad, but check this out. After spending way too much money on all sorts of frustrating toothbrushes, I wanted to find one that actually worked for me, and I may have found it. It’s electric, Swedish-designed, apparently much less likely to collect bacterial gunk over time, and its battery lasts a year.

Called the ISSA, it started as a crowdfunding project on Indiegogo and was so successful that it looks like it attracted over 300% of its original goal and led to a new version that you can get right now. Since I don’t have the biggest mouth (no jokes!), I’ve had trouble finding a brush that felt the right size, but this one, at least so far, seems to be doing the trick. Clever Swedes.
