What's The Difference Between A Humanitarian & A Philanthropist?
While the two terms are often used interchangeably, there’s a notable difference: philanthropy focuses on contributing -- often financially -- to causes that benefit others. Humanitarianism, on the other hand, is a genuine belief in the value of human life. While humanitarians may give money to help others, they also give up a slice of their lives in service of others.
